LETS GET STARTED

Open your supplies and minimise
Open new raster layer 700 x 700 pixels Floodfill with white send to bottom,
Open Frame 3 copy and paste as a new layer resize by 90% grab your magic wand select inside then select modify by 5 select invert copy and paste a paper of choice below the frame hit delete select none Add a drop shadow 2, 2, 50, 5, Black

Open Tube of choice copy and paste as a new layer resize by 80% position above the frame duplicate and place below the frame grab your eraser tool and on the top layer erase the parts outside the frame Add a drop shadow 2, 2, 50, 5, Black

Open Bracket frame copy and paste as a new layer place above the white background layer Add a dropshadow 2,2,50,5,Black

Duplicate frame 3 and adjust blur gaussian blur setting 10 apply
Open Bling copy and paste as a new Layer resize by 50% position below the frame above the paper layer Add a drop shadow 2, 2, 50, 5, Black,

Open Bubbles copy and paste as a new layer resize by 50% then position above the bling layer Add a drop shadow 2, 2, 50, 5, Black,

Next open Leaves copy and paste as a new layer resize by 60% place on the right hand side of the frame then duplicate and mirror Add a dropshadow 2,2,50,5,Black

Open Rose copy and paste as a new Layer resize by 40% then position on the right hand side on the leaves duplicate and position just below merge down the 2 roses then duplicate and mirror Add a dropshadow 2,2,50,5 Black

Open Hearts copy and paste as a new layer position on the right hand side of the frame duplicate and mirror Add a drop shadow 2, 2, 50 ,5, Black,

Open Mask copy and paste as a new layer resize by 40% then position on right hand side above the roses layer Add a dropshadow 2,2,50,5,Black

Open Bird copy and paste as a new layer resize by 60% place above the frame on the botttom left hand side Add a dropshadow 2,2,50,5,Black

Open Wordart copy and paste as a new layer position above the tube and frame at the top Add a dropshadow 2,2,50,5,Black

add any copyright and your name,

Layers Merge Flatten,

crop your tag and resize by 90%Save as Png.
