New Tutorial...............Candy Princess

This tutorial was written by me on 25th October 2008.
Any similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.


SUPPLIES NEEDED


1 image or tube I am using the gorgeous art of Barbara Jensen, you will need a license to use there artwork which can be purchased direct from here site.
Font of choice. I used Saginaw

Let's Get Started


Open new image 650 x 650 transparent and Flood fill with White, Open a Paper copy and paste as a new Layer, open Monti's Mask and go to Layers/New Mask Layer from Image in the dropdown box select the mask, invert mask checked go to your Layer Delete Mask then duplicate if you wish to make darker merge down resize by 90%


Open a Frame i used Frame 5, copy and paste as a new Layer , resize by 90% resize all layers unchecked,copy and paste a paper of choice i used paper 14 back to your frame layer use your Magic wand tolerance and feather set to 0 click inside the frame selections modify/expand by 15 invert back to your paper layer hit delete and selection none


Open a tube copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 90% if needed duplicate and place below the frame layer back to the top tube layer and erase any parts showing over the bow like mine add a drop shadow 2, 2, 50 ,5, Black


Open a Tree Decoration copy and paste as a new Layer resize by 50% position as desired i placed mine on the top left corner of my Frame add a drop shadow
Open a Bow copy and paste as a new Layer resize by 80% then by 60% position on the right side of the frame add a drop shadow 2,2,50,5 Black


Open a Flower copy and paste as a new layer resize by35% position over the tree decoration add a drop shadow duplicate place on the bow


Open Heart 1, copy and paste as a new layer Image/Flip place below the Frame layer and duplicate Image/Mirror add a drop shadow i also duplicated mine and added a gaussian blur and add/noise add the snow princess and tree or any other elements you wish


add any copyright and your name,
Layers Merge Flatten,
I also Crop my Tag too save as png
