SUPPLIES NEEDED
1 tube of choice I am using Rachael Tallamy under License ID3332
which can be purchased from her website.
Font of Choice
Scrap- kit by Baby Cakes Scraps kit is called Floral Fantasy and can be Purchased HERE.
Mask is by Weescotlass creations mask 119 HERE Thank you For Sharing

LETS GET STARTED

Open your supplies and minimise

Open New Raster Layer 650 x 650 floodfill with white send to bottom,
Open Paper of choice copy and paste as a new Layer,Layers new mask from image find Mask 119 in dropdown section source luminance checked invert mask data unchecked delete mask layer merge group ,adjust,add/remove noise, uniform,setting 40 monochrome checked apply resize 90% all layers unchecked
add a drop shadow 2, 2, 50, 5, Black,

Open Sequin Frame copy and paste as a new Layer resize by 80% grab magic wand Select in the frame selection modify by 10 copy and paste tube of choice as a new layer back onto frame layer select invert back to tube layer hit delete select none,if you want a paper behind you tube paste your paper first and do all above just dont select none then tube layer
add a drop shadow 2, 2, 50, 5, Black,to both Layers

Open sparkle trail 4 copy and paste as a new layer above the Frame layer position over the top of Flowers on Frame duplicate and place over tube or as desired
add a drop shadow

Open Branch copy and paste as a new layer resize by 70% and place over the Frame on the Left hand side

add a drop shadow

Open Gold doodle copy and paste as a new layer place above mask layer position right hand side of frame layer duplicate and mirror like my tag above
add a dropshadow

Open Jewel Butterfly of choice copy and paste as a new layer resize by
30% then again by 40%,Free rotate by 25 right place on the top left duplicate then mirror you should have one either side of Doodle

add a drop shadow of choice

I duplicated them both again and place by the name

add any copyright and your name
Layers Merge Flatten,crop your tag and resize by 90%
save as png
